Kurt Ramlal, FCCA, is a distinguished executive with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record at the helm of major national and international organisations across the energy, infrastructure, finance, and investment sectors.

Mr Ramlal brings unparalleled expertise in strategic fiscal oversight, national infrastructure development, and complex cross-border collaboration. His executive leadership credentials include serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago, where he oversaw transformative mega projects aimed at accelerating national development.

Mr Ramlal has also held strategic executive leadership roles at the world-renowned International Oil Company, Shell. He has been leveraging his business leadership acumen as CEO and Chairman of a private sector organisation since 2016. He is a results-driven, strategically focused professional with significant experience in Board Advisory roles and Policy Implementation. As a qualified accountant, a member of ACCA since 2006 and FCCA since 2010, Mr Ramlal also holds certifications in specialised energy operations and enterprise risk management.

He is uniquely poised with rigorous financial discipline, extensive operational knowledge in high-stakes environments like energy and aviation, and a strategic vision. He is distinctly positioned to provide exceptional governance and strategic direction as Chairman of Heritage Petroleum Company Limited.

Lincoln Dookhran is a seasoned engineering and project management executive with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure, energy and industrial projects across Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean. Recognised for his technical expertise, strategic vision, and dedication to sustainable development, he has successfully delivered high-risk, high-impact initiatives in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors, while ensuring operational safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

Mr Dookhran possesses a unique combination of engineering proficiency, legal knowledge and executive leadership, enabling him to navigate complex energy sector challenges while driving growth and stakeholder alignment. His deep and expansive expertise spans industrial project execution, cross-border expansion and governance, making him a trusted advisor for both public and private sector energy initiatives.

Mr Dookhran holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London, as well as professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Registered Engineer status. His strategic insight, legal acumen and deep industry experience position him as a key contributor to energy policy development, infrastructure investment and excellent corporate governance.

Mr Hansraj offers a unique blend of operational expertise, risk management acumen, and strategic vision, positioning him as a trusted leader in driving sustainable financial performance. Mr Hansraj’s diverse skill set, spanning networking, sales, and strategic risk management, positions him as a powerful asset for any large entity seeking sustainable development. Khalid Hassanali

Khalid Hassanali, BSc, MSc, LLB, LPC - Director

Khalid Hassanali is an Engineer and Attorney-at-Law with a private practice, focusing on contract negotiations, arbitration and mediation, employment and family law, and national insurance litigation, while maintaining a strong interest in petroleum operations. He brings over four decades of leadership experience in Trinidad and Tobago’s petroleum industry.

A seasoned energy executive, Mr Hassanali served as President of Petrotrin from 2012 to 2015, where he guided corporate governance, strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels. His extensive Petrotrin career also included senior roles such as Vice President of Corporate Administrative Services, Planning and Technology, Human Resources, and Marketing, as well as Chief Engineer of Trinmar and Manager of Strategic Planning. He also gained public sector experience through secondments to eTecK, Trinmar Operations, and General Electric International.

Additionally, Mr Hassanali has held chairmanships of the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT), the Tobago Hilton, and the e-Government Task Force. He has also served on the boards of the National Gas Company, PLIPDECO, MIC, NIHERST, ANSA McAL Chemicals, and various charitable organisations.

Mr Hassanali holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, an MSc with Distinction in Systems Planning and Optimisation from the University of London, an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, and a Legal Practice Certificate (LPC) with Distinction from Staffordshire University.

Joseph Lorant

Joseph Lorant is serving his third term as Councillor for Moruga within the Princes Town Regional Corporation. He has chaired committees on occupational health and safety, tourism, sport, personnel, public health, marketing, and vending. Alongside his role in local government, he is an advocate for youth and community development, with a focus on sustainable growth and youth engagement. He holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Greenwich.

Anthony Paul

Anthony Paul, BSc, MSc - Director

Anthony Paul has over four decades of experience in technical, commercial, and strategic leadership in the oil and gas industry. He has served in policymaking, regulatory, and operational roles both locally and internationally. His former positions include Director of Geology and Geophysics at the Ministry of Energy, Senior Geophysicist at Trintopec and Petrotrin, and leadership roles in Exploration, Development, and Production at Amoco and BP in Trinidad and Tobago. Additionally, he served as Strategy Advisor at BP plc in London.

He has also advised governments across Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, focusing on good governance, policies, strategies, business development, and natural gas initiatives for industrialisation and sustainable development. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Imperial College, London, and an MSc in Geophysics from the University of Houston.

With a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in private legal practice, Kamini Ramraj has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership at both professional and community levels. Holding an LLB from the University of London and having completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Staffordshire, she continues to distinguish herself in the national landscape with her distinctive union of sharp legal expertise and a deep commitment to social advocacy. Since founding K. Ramraj and Associates in 2019, she has successfully led her firm with an unwavering focus on integrity, client-centred service and community empowerment.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms Ramraj is a dedicated community advocate, providing pro bono legal services to vulnerable groups and individuals. She continues to hold leadership roles in multiple organisations with her service reflecting a strong ethical foundation, financial responsibility and a commitment to sustainable development.

Ronnie Sookoo

A highly accomplished Human Resources and Operations leader with over 15 years of specialised experience in the Oil and Gas sector, Ronnie Sookoo brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. He holds a robust academic foundation, including an MSc in Project Management with a specialisation in Oil and Gas, dual BSc degrees in Supply Chain Management and Agribusiness Management, and a minor in Human Resource Management. Further enhancing these laudable degrees are a range of professional certifications, including Supervisory Management, Risk Assessment and Risk Management, Marketing, and Advanced Project Management.

His career is anchored in significant oil and gas projects at local and international companies. He provided crucial leadership for major projects such as the Phoenix Park Valve Station Upgrade Project at PPGPL, the Tobago Neo Pipeline Project at National Gas Company (NGC), Project Management for Shell, REPSOL, DeNovo Energy, Perenco, BP, BG and YARA Trinidad, Gas Optimisation Project, Alky Acid Project, Samsung NHT CCR Project and Liquid Fuel Pipeline Project at Petrotrin, navigating the complex challenges inherent in large-scale energy infrastructure.

Over the past two decades, Mr Sookoo has rapidly developed a versatile skill set that combines strategic HR, operational excellence, and certified project management principles, empowering him to drive integrated business solutions and superior corporate governance.
